The ideal candidate must have a passion for digital marketing and will be responsible for enhancing our online presence and driving engagement through various digital channels.
Digital Marketing & Content
- Assist in creating and publishing content across social media, website, and e-commerce platforms.
- Assist in creating and appearing in videos, reels, product demonstrations, educational content, and live sessions.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and content production.
- Monitor social media trends and customer engagement and share relevant content ideas with the team.
- Assist in maintaining and updating digital platforms and AI/chatbot content.
Customer Engagement & Support
- Assist in responding to customer enquiries, comments, and messages across digital platforms.
- Support customer engagement and sales follow-up when required.
- Assist in community engagement activities to strengthen customer relationships and brand loyalty.
Other Duties
- Assist in preparing basic marketing reports and maintaining campaign records.
- Work with the marketing team and other departments to support the smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Perform ad-hoc marketing and operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
What do we need from you?
Requirements:
- Preferably candidates pursuing Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Mandarin and English for creatives and multimedia development in both mediums.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
