Job Description:

• Host daily live streams on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada 
• Present and promote products during live sessions 
• Interact with viewers and answer questions in real time 
• Actively drive sales by engaging and convincing customers 
• Plan and run simple interactive activities (e.g. giveaways, games) to increase engagement and retention
• Create high-quality, engaging live content with a strong focus on entertainment and brand positioning
• Brainstorm, develop, and produce creative short-form video content (e.g. reels, TikTok videos)
• Assist the team in video shooting and content preparation 
• Ensure products are presented clearly and attractively during both live streams and recorded content
• Monitor and analyze live stream performance metrics (e.g. traffic, GMV, conversion rates)
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve live sessions

Job Requirements

Requirements / Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken & written)
• Able to confidently host live sessions in Malay
• Confident and comfortable on camera, with a natural ability to engage an audience 
• Excellent communication, social, and presentation skills, with the ability to entertain, engage, and connect with your audience 
• Strong interest in content creation, live streaming, and digital marketing 
• Basic skills in video shooting or editing are an added advantage 
• Self-driven with good time management and consistency in content delivery 
• Positive attitude, fast learner, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment 
• Prior experience in live streaming or an existing online presence is a strong advantage 
• Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply
