Job Description
As an Operations & Administrative Intern, you will play a key support role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the company. You’ll also have the opportunity to gain basic exposure to branding and marketing activities through hands-on involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Support coordination of merchandise printing (e.g., sourcing, quotation, tracking, follow-up with suppliers).
- Assist in logistics coordination and event preparation when needed.
- Help the team with simple content coordination or campaign support (optional, with guidance).
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team to support company operations.
