Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.

Support daily coordination between Operations, Workshop, and other departments.
B. Workshop Coordination
Coordinate workshop schedules, manpower, equipment, and work progress.
Monitor workshop operations to ensure efficiency and timely completion of work.
Follow up on operational issues and resolve day-to-day coordination matters.
Ensure proper documentation and records for workshop activities.
C. China Project Coordination
Liaise with China counterparts on operational matters, project updates, and daily communications.
Coordinate information and documentation between local and China teams.
Support Management in handling operational matters involving China customers or business partners.
Assist with translation or interpretation during meetings where required (if applicable).
D. Meetings & Reporting
Attend operational, project, and management meetings under the supervision of Sendok.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and meeting minutes when required.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Provide regular operational updates to Management.
E. Documentation & Administration
Maintain proper operational records, reports, and filing systems.
Prepare operational correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
Ensure all operational documents are updated and properly maintained.
F. General Responsibilities
Perform any other operational duties assigned by Management.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and operational data.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in operations, workshop coordination, manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Experience working in or coordinating with a workshop or production environment is preferred.
Able to communicate effectively with China counterparts (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage; fluency is preferred if the role frequently supports China projects).
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Able to attend meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on operational matters.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Willing to travel locally when required for operational matters.
Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
