Job Description

  Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM  

  • 招聘与人才引进: 协助制定并执行招聘计划,发布招聘广告、筛选简历、安排面试,并参与候选人初步沟通与评估,为公司吸引合适人才。
  • 员工入职与离职管理: 办理新员工入职手续(包括合同签订、资料收集、入职指引),以及离职员工的离职手续办理与面谈。
  • 人事档案与考勤管理: 维护和更新员工人事档案(纸质及电子版),确保信息准确完整;负责每月员工考勤统计、请假及加班记录汇总。
  • 行政支持: 协助处理办公室日常行政事务,如办公用品采购与管理、办公环境维护、会议安排及访客接待等。
     
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Assist in developing and executing recruitment plans, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and participating in initial candidate assessments to attract suitable talent for the company.
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle new employee onboarding procedures (including contract signing, document collection, orientation) and exit formalities for departing employees, including exit interviews.
  • Personnel Records & Attendance Management: Maintain and update employee personnel files (both physical and electronic), ensuring information accuracy and completeness; responsible for monthly attendance statistics, leave, and overtime records.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily office administrative tasks such as office supplies procurement and management, office environment maintenance, meeting arrangements, and visitor reception.

Job Requirements

  • 专业技能:
    • 熟悉马来西亚劳工法令及EPF/SOCSO/EIS等法定缴纳流程者优先。
    • 熟练操作Microsoft Office办公软件(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)。
    • 具备出色的中文沟通能力(书面与口头),会基本英文者优先考虑。 
  • 个人素质:
    • 沟通与协调能力: 具备良好的人际交往能力,能与各层级员工进行有效沟通。
    • 细心与责任心: 工作细致严谨,对数据和信息的准确性有高度敏感度,具备强烈的责任感。
    • 保密意识: 能够妥善处理机密信息,维护员工隐私。
    • 主动学习: 愿意学习新知识,适应公司发展需求,积极提升专业技能。

 

  • Professional Skills:
    • Familiarity with Malaysian Labour Law and statutory contribution processes (EPF/SOCSO/EIS) is preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Strong Chinese communication abilities (both written and spoken); basic English skills are advantageous.

    • Detail-oriented & Responsible: Meticulous and precise in work, with high sensitivity to data accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility.
