Job Description

 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

  • 高效协助管理层处理日常行政事务,包括但不限于行程安排、会议协调与准备。
  • 负责文件的起草、整理、归档与信息录入,确保资料准确无误。
  • 充当沟通桥梁,高效处理内部及外部的电话、邮件与访客接待。
  • 协助进行简单的数据分析和报告撰写。
  • 完成上级交办的其他相关支持性工作。
  • Efficiently support management with daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, coordinating meetings, and preparing materials.
  • Draft, organize, archive documents, and enter data, ensuring the accuracy of information.
  • Serve as a communication link, effectively managing internal and external phone calls, emails, and visitor reception.
  • Assist in basic data analysis and the preparation of reports.
  • Carry out additional supportive tasks as directed by supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • 学历及专业不限,欢迎积极向上的应届毕业生或无经验者前来申请。
  • 具备出色的中文沟通能力(书面与口头),会基本英文者优先考虑。
  • 熟练使用Microsoft Office等办公软件。
  • 个性细致且有条理,富有责任感并具备主动学习的意愿。
  • No specific educational background or major necessary; we encourage enthusiastic fresh graduates or those without experience to apply.
  • Strong Chinese communication abilities (both written and spoken); basic English skills are advantageous.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and other office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, with a high level of responsibility and a proactive approach to learning.
