Job Description

 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 

• 内容创作与制作： 负责公司品牌宣传所需的各类多媒体内容（包括但不限于图文、短视频、长视频、信息图、简单动画）的策划、拍摄、剪辑与后期制作。
• 平台运营与管理： 独立运营并优化公司的社交媒体账号（如Facebook, Instagram, TikTok等）及官网多媒体板块，制定并执行内容发布日历，提升线上影响力。
• 视觉品牌管理： 确保所有对外输出的视觉内容（图片、视频、模板）符合公司品牌形象与风格指南，保持统一性和专业性。
• 数据分析与优化： 监控并分析各平台内容的表现数据（如互动率、曝光量、粉丝增长），根据数据反馈调整内容策略，持续提升运营效果。
• 跨部门协作： 与销售、市场营销及行政团队紧密合作，将业务需求转化为有吸引力的多媒体内容，支持市场活动、产品推广及雇主品牌建设。
• Content Creation & Production: Plan, shoot, edit, and produce various multimedia content (including but not limited to graphics, short/long videos, infographics, simple animations) required for company branding and promotion.
• Platform Management: Independently manage and optimize the company's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and the multimedia section of the official website. Develop and execute a content calendar to enhance online presence.
• Visual Brand Management: Ensure all external visual content (images, videos, templates) aligns with the company's brand identity and style guide, maintaining consistency and professionalism.
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth) across platforms. Use insights to refine content strategy and improve effectiveness.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and administrative teams to translate business needs into compelling multimedia content that supports campaigns, product launches, and employer branding.

Job Requirements

•  必备技能：
• 精通主流视频剪辑软件（如Adobe Premiere Pro、Final Cut Pro、CapCut）、图片处理软件（如Adobe Photoshop）及基础平面设计工具。
• 熟悉各大社交媒体平台的运营规则、内容调性及流量机制。
• 具备优秀的视觉审美、创意思维和故事叙述能力。
• 具备出色的中文沟通能力（书面与口头），会基本英文者优先考虑。 
• 个人特质：
• 对社交媒体趋势和数字内容有高度热情和敏锐度。
• 工作细致，责任心强，具备优秀的项目管理和多任务处理能力。
• 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能理解业务需求并有效执行。
• Essential Skills:
• Proficient in mainstream video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut), image processing (e.g., Adobe Photoshop), and basic graphic design tools.
• Familiar with the operational rules, content trends, and algorithmic mechanisms of major social media platforms.
• Excellent visual aesthetic, creative thinking, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong Chinese communication abilities (both written and spoken); basic English skills are advantageous.
• Personal Attributes:
• Strong passion and keen sense for social media trends and digital content.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, with excellent project and multi-tasking management skills.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit, able to understand business requirements and execute effectively.
