<h3>1. Technical Drawings &amp; Drafting</h3>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and produce detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD (and other drafting software if required). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Create plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings based on design concepts. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Update drawings according to mark-ups, feedback, or site conditions. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, codes, and project requirements. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>2. Coordination &amp; Communication</h3>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with engineers, designers, architects, project managers, and site teams. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in resolving design and technical issues related to drawings. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate drawing revisions and maintain clear documentation. &nbsp;</li>

<h3>3. Documentation &amp; File Management</h3>

<li>Maintain and organise drawing files, templates, and documentation. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage versions and ensure all drawings are up-to-date before submission. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare drawing sets for tender, authority submission, or construction. &nbsp;</li>

<h3>4. Site-Related Tasks (If applicable)</h3>

<li>Attend site visits to take measurements or verify existing conditions. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Update drawings based on site progress or changes. &nbsp;</li>

<li>Assist in preparing bill of materials, shop drawings, and as-built drawings. &nbsp;</li>
