Job Description

Customer Communication

  • Answer phone calls and reply to WhatsApp / Email
     
  • Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order updates
     
  • Follow up with customers until issues are resolved

Order Processing

  • Enter and update order details in the system
     
  • Coordinate with warehouse/production on delivery and stock status
     
  • Ensure all order information is accurate

 After-Sales Support

  • Follow up on delivery and installation arrangements
     
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
     
  • Record customer feedback and report to the supervisor

Internal Coordination

  • Communicate with sales, warehouse, delivery, and production teams
     
  • Assist in administrative tasks when needed
     

Others

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction
     
  • Any other duties assigned by the management

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in related field
     
  • Experience in customer service or admin is an added advantage
     
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
     

Skills

  • Good communication skills in English, Malay (Chinese is a plus)
     
  • Able to handle calls, inquiries, and customer issues professionally
     
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)
     
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
     
  • Good problem-solving and follow-up skills
     

Personality

  • Positive attitude and friendly personality
     
  • Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
     
  • Able to work independently and also as a team
     
  • Willing to learn and take instructions
     

Other Requirements

  • Able to start work immediately or short notice is an advantage
     
  • Prefer candidates who can work overtime when necessary (optional)
