Job Description

1. Manage E-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok by handling order processing, inventory management, product listing, and customer service inquiries.
2. Utilize seller tools for planning promotions, reaching out to customers, and developing performance Marketing and Content Marketing skills to increase store traffic and conversion rates. Collaborate on marketplace campaigns, budgeting, and content creation to promote product engagement.
3. Monitor platform performance, analyze trends, and recommend strategies to boost sales, improve traffic, and enhance overall customer experience.
4. Carry out additional tasks as delegated by management on an as-needed basis.
