  Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design,implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure, working alongside senior engineers.
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and load balancers.
• Monitor network performance,actively identify and troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Support the implementation and management of network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
• Document network configurations, processes, changes, and incidents in detail.
• Respond to and resolve basic network support requests and user connectivity issues.
• Participate in regular network performance tests and contribute to optimization efforts.
• Stay current with emerging network technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with other IT and business teams to address network-related requirements.

Job Requirements

  Qualifications & Skill

• Familiarity with basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, OSI model, subnets, VLANs, routing,and switching.
• Hands-on experience (internship, lab, or entry-level) with configuring and supporting network devices.
• Foundational knowledge of network security and troubleshooting tools (e.g., ping, traceroute, ipconfig/ifconfig).
• Basic understanding of scripting and network automation (Python or similar) is advantageous.
• Certifications such as CCNA orequivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Collaborative and eager to earn, with the ability to follow technical direction and document work.
