Position: Admissions Consultant (Commission-Based)

We are looking for a motivated and professional Admissions Consultant to help grow our student base by managing enquiries, converting prospective students into active classes, and supporting student renewals.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage active classes through self-sourced and company-provided leads.
• Follow up with prospective students and parents to secure enrolments.
• Convert trial classes into full enrolments.
• Manage the admissions pipeline from initial enquiry through to enrolment and renewal.
• Follow up with existing students before their 4th class to secure renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of enrolments and active classes.
• Upsell and cross-sell to our existing student base where appropriate.
• Communicate professionally with parents, students, and internal staff.
• Follow company admissions procedures and reporting requirements.

Compensation

This is a purely commission-based position with no basic salary.

Trial Class Conversion
• Self-generated lead: RM10
• Company-generated lead: RM5

Active Class (4-Class Package)
• Self-generated lead: RM120–RM150
• Company-generated lead: RM50

For active class commissions:
• 40% is paid once the student completes payment for their initial 4-class package.
• The remaining 60% is paid once the student renews and completes payment for a subsequent 4-class package.

Monthly Performance Incentives

Company-Generated Active Classes
• 1–10 active classes: RM50 per class
• 11–20 active classes: RM75 per class
• 21+ active classes: Rate to be confirmed by management

Self-Generated Active Classes
• 1–5 active classes: RM120 per class
• 6–10 active classes: RM130 per class + RM50 one-off bonus
• 11–15 active classes: RM140 per class + RM100 one-off bonus
• 16–20 active classes: RM150 per class + RM150 one-off bonus
• 21+ active classes: To be confirmed by management

Commissions are paid by the 7th of each month for activity completed during the previous calendar month.

The first calendar month serves as a training and onboarding period. Any applicable training allowance will be communicated in writing before commencement.

Job Requirements

Requirements
• Native or first-language level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Malay, Mandarin, Tamil, or other languages is an advantage.
• Strong communication, sales, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working towards monthly performance targets.
• Organised, professional, and able to maintain accurate records.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while following company procedures.
