Job Description

1. Coordinate with all relevant parties in relation to sales activities and documentation.
2. Coordinate and liaise with all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution and completion of agreements and documents.
3. Handle issuance and collection of billings related to property sales transactions.
4. Monitor, update, and prepare regular sales and collection reports.
5. Maintain good relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing appropriate support and solutions.

Job Requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience is required. 
3. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
4. Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
5. Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently with guidance from supervisors.
6. Eager to learn, proactive, and able to contribute to team projects in a professional environment.
