Job Description

  • Prepare private and confidential presentation material, agenda, memorandum and meeting minutes.
  •  Maintain documentation, data management and filing.
  •  Undertake special assignment, ad hoc functions and other relevant duties as and when assigned.
  •  Liaise with internal staffs, subsidiaries, lawyers, external auditors and government office.
  •  Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  •  Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
  •  Assist director with tenders and contracts.
  •  Carrying out background research and presenting findings

Job Requirements

  •  Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  •  Multi-tasking, able to work independently
  •  Must always be at the best presentable manner to enhance image of the company
  •  Willing to learn and fast learner.
  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  •  Discretion and trustworthiness; you will often be party of confidential information.
  •  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
