Job Description

 Communications Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain contacts of collaborating partners institutions
• Track requests for information and feedback on various products/brands
• Support in monitoring the impact of various communication channels
• Performing market analysis and research on the competition
• Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
• Maintain document management system on the internal shared drive
• Support the Communications team in its efforts to manage internal and external content in alignment with our company strategy and Marketing, Brand, Social Media and Public Relations teams
• Contribute to the development of a strategy for digital marketing
• Assist in event planning and be support for internal activities
• Supporting the team in daily administrative tasks
• Supporting the team from end to end in all the department activities including event content and logistics

Job Requirements

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
• Current enrolment in Marketing / Communications / Public Relations or any related courses.
• Must be able to multitask, willing to learn, possess positive attitude and organised.
• Proficient in spoken and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
