Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

1) Candidate Sourcing & Advisory

• Source, headhunt, and build a network of qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking events, and direct outreach.
• Conduct structured phone and face-to-face screening interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.

2) Client & Account Management

• Identify potential business opportunities and build relationships with hiring managers across your assigned industry sector.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines—from receiving hiring briefs to coordinating client interviews, gathering feedback, and negotiating job offers.

3) Market Intelligence & Administrative Excellence

• Stay informed on hiring trends, competitive landscapes, and salary benchmarks within your recruitment niche.

• Meticulously update and maintain candidate records, client notes, and pipeline metrics in our internal database (CRM/ATS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or any related field.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply! Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or recruitment are also welcome.

  • Commercial Drive: Highly goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve uncapped performance bonuses.
  • Resilience: Positive mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and overcome rejection in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to communicate in additional local languages (e.g., Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin) is a strong advantage.
