- Define and drive the long-term technology strategy and roadmap for wealth management products.
- Guide architecture decisions for scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems, focusing on microservices and cloud-native solutions.
- Lead the modernization of legacy financial systems into modern, API-driven platforms.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and product owners to ensure technical initiatives align with broader business goals.
- Oversee engineering for complex financial journeys, including investment advisory, portfolio rebalancing, equities, and structured products.
- Manage and mentor multiple cross-functional "squads" (typically 5–10 people each), fostering a culture of technical excellence and accountability.
