- Source and identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Prepare candidate profiles and interview summaries.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure records are up to date.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research for niche manufacturing roles.
- Assist consultants with recruitment projects and client assignments.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Confident speaking with people over the phone.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
