Experience: 3–8+ years in construction planning, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in Utility-Scale Solar or Power Infrastructure.
Regulatory Savvy: Familiarity with the Malaysian Energy Commission (ST) guidelines and Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) Grid Code requirements.
Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in MS Project is essential. Familiarity with Primavera P6, Power BI, or TILOS is an advantage.
