about the job

  • Project Management and Coordination: Direct and oversee all project phases, from initial planning to completion. Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure the project stays on track.
  • Progress and Quality Contro: Monitor and manage project progress to ensure it aligns with the work schedule, contract, and specifications. Regularly report on project status and provide technical support for building works.
  • Team and Stakeholder Management: Manage project teams by planning resources, recruiting staff, and conducting performance reviews. Foster a collaborative environment among all departments—including design, sales, and finance—to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
  • Administrative and Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the selection and appointment of consultants and ensure contracts are managed correctly. Handle all submissions and approvals for land matters, building plans, and permits within the required timeframes.

skills and experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Planning
  • Completed the full project cycle (from Conceptual to Vacant Possession stage of a project)
  • Able to relocate overseas
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in property development and project management (handling projects - high-rise).
  • Work experience property development companies.
  • Experience in residential or mixed-use projects (specifically high-rise and mid-rise developments.)
