Permit Acquisition: Handle the full spectrum of legal authorizations, steering the project from preliminary site planning through to the attainment of final occupancy certifications.
Technical Liaison: Lead multidisciplinary specialist teams through the design and bidding cycles, guaranteeing that all documentation is ready for regulatory filing and procurement deadlines.
Strategic Design Review: Partner with external partners to evaluate and approve project finishes, material choices, and architectural integrity.
Operational Monitoring: Track on-site progress to verify that every phase of the build aligns perfectly with technical plans, legal agreements, and milestones.
Quality Assurance: Audit construction practices to mitigate flaws and ensure the end product reflects premium craftsmanship and safety standards.
Resource Management: Execute project delivery within the defined financial and time parameters.
Job Requirements
