- Talent Sourcing: Utilize recruitment tools and internal database to identify, engage and build candidate pipelines across various industries.
- Candidate Coordination: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews and write candidate summaries while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Market Intelligence: Support team members by conducting market mapping and salary benchmarking to keep clients competitive in the market.
- Operations & Branding: Maintain up-to-date ATS records and assist with employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent.
- Driven, ambitious and proactive character.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
