Are you highly motivated, relationship-driven, and eager to kickstart a rewarding corporate career? We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant Intern to join our fast-growing team.

This is a meaningful, hands-on 4-month accelerator program designed to fast-track you into a permanent Associate Recruitment Consultant position. If you meet your milestones and successfully complete your internship, a permanent contract with an attractive base salary and an uncapped commission structure awaits you on day one of month five.

What We Are Looking For:

• Final year students or fresh graduates looking for an immediate career springboard (open to all disciplines, though Business, Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology is a plus).
• Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Ability to engage confidently and professionally with corporate partners.
• Resilient & Adaptable: Recruitment requires perseverance. You are someone who views challenges as growth opportunities, remains positive through setbacks, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment.

about the manager/team

• Direct Mentorship: You will report directly to an experienced Senior Consultant / Recruitment Manager who brings over 10 years of specialized industry expertise. You won't be left to figure things out on your own—you will receive daily desk-side coaching, structured shadow sessions, and step-by-step guidance on how to close deals.
• The Team Dynamics: You will be joining a highly supportive, collaborative team of consultative recruiters.
