As a leading global talent partner with a deep local presence, Randstad Malaysia is looking for young professionals to dive into our Recruitment Internship program. As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain a comprehensive, 360-degree view of the talent acquisition lifecycle, providing vital support to our end-to-end hiring processes while learning from the best in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases to identify, engage, and build a pipeline of high-quality candidates for various industries.
End-to-End Candidate Coordination: Manage the logistics of the hiring journey, including resume screening, scheduling interviews across different time zones, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Market Intelligence & Research: Support consultants by conducting market mapping and salary benchmarking to help Randstad’s clients stay competitive in the Malaysian talent market.
requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
