Sword Elevator (M) Sdn Bhd manages the full scope of elevator and escalator projects in Malaysia, covering design, installation, servicing, and maintenance. As a subsidiary of Rasma Corporation Sdn Bhd, our operations follow all required safety and regulatory standards, ensuring a stable and professional working environment for our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare, issue, and process invoices accurately and on time.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including payment tracking, client follow-ups, and AR aging reports.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), verify invoices, and process payments.
• Record financial transactions, update cash book, and perform reconciliation.
• Support month-end closing and preparation of financial statements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to resolve billing issues.
• Assist in audit preparation and maintain proper documentation and records.
• Communicate with clients regarding finance-related queries and payments.
• Perform general finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

 Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years accounting experience 
• Knowledge of AR, AP, and basic financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with AutoCount is a plus.
• Own transport is an advantage (for field collection if needed, claims will be provided if any).
