Job Description

The Associate, Programmes play a key role in driving impact on a range of social impact and sustainability initiatives, campaigns and programmes in line with the organisation's strategic priorities and the colloboration with various partners. This position is responsible together with fellow programme associates for leading the effective implementation of campaigns, initiatives and programmes undertaken by Ratio:Cause.

Key responsibilities include:

Programme Coordination and Management

• Implementation of programmes and initiatives in alignment with the organisation’s strategic priorities and objectives.
• Ensure that all programme activities are executed within scope, budget, and timeline, and adhere to organisational and partner standards.
• Work closely with strategy or thematic leads to ensure operations reflect intended outcomes and impact pathways.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

• Track and review programme progress, performance indicators, and milestones to assess implementation effectiveness.
• Support programme reflection and learning sessions to strengthen operational performance and alignment with strategy.
• Ensure documentation of best practices, case studies, and lessons learned from programme operations.

Financial & Administrative

• Manage programme budgets and expenditure, ensuring compliance with financial procedures and accountability requirements.
• Support budget forecasting and revisions to reflect strategic or operational shifts.

Stakeholder & Partner Coordination

• Coordinate with partners, vendors, and implementing agencies to ensure effective and timely programme delivery.
• Support operational-level engagements, field visits, and coordination meetings.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance

• Ensure programmes operate in line with organisational policies, partner guidelines, and ethical standards.
• Participate in internal planning and review processes to ensure operations remain aligned with evolving strategies.

This role requires a proactive,driven individual who can balance creativity, programme operations, and various different social impact strategies to deliver campaigns and programmes that drives impact.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant experience managing local/national campaigns or programmes.
• Driven,proactive and able to think outside of the box in implementing strategies.
• Must be fluent in both Bahasa Melayu and English, fluency in other languages is a bonus.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills with great problem solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; able to effectively present to other teams and partners.
• High levels of self-management;ability to plan and conduct work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in digital communication/social media is a plus.
• Experience,knowledge and passion in areas of social impact and development ,climate and enviroment, sustainability, education and online safety are desirable.
• Flexible with travelling outstation and overseas.
