As a vital part of our team, our ideal interns will have the opportunity to contribute to the planning of creative social impact campaigns and programs within our organisation. If you're a natural multitasker, adept at juggling various project components, then this is the perfect role for you. You'll need to be highly organised, capable of managing your time, workflow, and schedules to meet deadlines. Throughout the internship, you'll learn on managing various campaigns and programmes while being guided by our programme associates who have experiences in the field where you are able to learn from and hone your talent.

Internship Scope:

Programme Support

• Work with programmes team in the coordination and execution of programmes, campaigns, and initiatives both online and on ground 
• Provide general administrative and coordination support .
• Assist with event preparation and on-ground execution

Stakeholder Engagement 

• Assist in engaging with various partners, communities, and stakeholders.

Content & Communications

• Assist in developing content materials for campaign, social media, presentations, and other needs.
• Support documentation of programme activities and key highlights.

Job Requirements

We're looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

• Students from any discipline - fresh graduates, are welcomed!
• Excellent written and verbal skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency is a must.
• Eagerness to learn and take on tasks, a proactive mindset.
• Availability for a minimum commitment of 3 months or more.
• Willingness to take on challenges and contribute your skills and knowledge to a specific team.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office, Canva.
• Creative, driven and interested in being part of curating and managing impact campaigns for Ratio:Cause and its campaigns
• Able to travel overseas and outstation as and when needed.
