As a vital part of our team, our ideal interns will have the opportunity to contribute to the planning of creative social impact campaigns and programs within our organisation. If you're a natural multitasker, adept at juggling various project components, then this is the perfect role for you. You'll need to be highly organised, capable of managing your time, workflow, and schedules to meet deadlines. Throughout the internship, you'll learn to build and nurture strong relationships with public and private sector partners, as well as the youth we aim to empower. You will be guided by our programme associates who have experiences in the field where you are able to learn from and hone your talent.

We're looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

• Excited about all things social media!
• Students from any discipline - fresh graduates, are welcomed!
• Excellent written and verbal in both Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency is a must.
• Outgoing personality with eagerness to learn and take on tasks, a proactive mindset.
• Availability for a minimum commitment of 3 months or more.
• Willingness to take on challenges and contribute your skills and knowledge to a specific team
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and social media management tools.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging and currrent trend content ideas.
• Creative, driven and interested in being part of curating and managing impact content and campaigns for Ratio:Cause and its campaigns
