Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construstruction sites. You will ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and meet quality standards while coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and project manager. While experience is preferred, you don’t need tons of experience - what matters most is your willingness to learn, work hard, and keep things running smoothly and safely. Most importantly, we value someone who can communicate clearly and work well with the team! 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise site activities and ensure all work complies with project plans and specifications. 
• Coordinate daily tasks and workflow with subcontractors and workers to meet deadlines.
• Monitor attendance, material usage, and site progress; maintain accurate records.
•  Identify and report issues, delays, or changes to the Project Manager, including any problems, situations, or site conditions that may affect progress. 
• Assist in on-site problem-solving and provide practical solutions to challenges.

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields preferred. 
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in site supervision (renovation construction), but experience can be negotiated if you have the right attitude, motivation, and dedication. 
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. 
• Responsible, proactive, and hands-on with excellent problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication skills, especially in working with teams and coordinating site matters. 
• Comfortable working on-site in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor areas. 
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure. 
• Having own vehicle is a bonus. 
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
