Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and processing orders. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work. If you also have previous experience as a Secretary, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for office administration and handle a variety of complex and confidential situations
- Undertake a full range of daily/weekly/monthly reminders and follow up for both routing and non-routine matters in progress
- Assist in HR related matters such as annual leave / medical record and interviewing process
- Update and maintain a clean database of contacts using a CRM tool
- Organise and schedule appointments, book travel arrangements
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new suppliers
- Provide general support to visitors
