We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and outgoing team member — the face of our café! You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interacting with customers, and help deliver high-quality service that keeps guests coming back.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to customers warmly.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and assist with upselling cakes, pastries, and promotions.
- Answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members and kitchen/bar staff.
- Handle complaints positively and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and follow hygiene standards.
- Issue bills and process payments.
Job Requirements
- Have Food Handling Certificate & Typhoid Vaccination
- Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented
- Team player and responsible
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Punctual and maintains good hygiene
