• shoot, edit, post — yes, all hands-on 
• plan campaigns & brand stuff (not just follow instructions) 
• test, try, fail, redo — we move fast here 

Basically:
if you only want to “learn”, this might be too much
but if you want to do, you’ll like it here.

You won’t just “help out” — you’ll actually create things people see.

• lives on IG / TikTok / 小红书 (you get what works) 
• has opinions (not just “anything also can”) 
• okay to be a bit chaotic, but gets things done
