Job Description

As a Junior Barista cum Service Crew, you will play an important role in delivering a welcoming café experience through excellent customer service and quality beverage preparation. You will support the daily operations of the café by preparing drinks, serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and working closely with your team to ensure efficient service.

This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about coffee and hospitality. Full training will be provided to help you develop your skills and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and drinks, and provide menu recommendations.
• Process payments accurately and assist with daily cashier duties when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, coffee station, dining area, and service equipment.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including station setup, replenishment, and cleaning.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to deliver efficient and friendly service.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Participate in training and continuously improve coffee knowledge, service skills, and operational standards.
