Job Description
Accounts cum Administration Executive (Full Set)
We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Accounts & Administration Executive to manage the company’s accounting and administrative functions independently.
Preferred
- Experience in SME environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach
- Able to organise and improve existing processes
- Able to work independently
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation)
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Manage cash flow, invoicing, payments, and collections
- Ensure timely submission of tax and statutory requirements (SST, LHDN, etc.)
- Liaise with company secretary, auditors, and tax agents
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Support general administrative and office operations
- Assist in improving accounting systems and internal processes
