RDS Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a retail solutions provider specialising in retail design & fit-out, POSM, retail construction, display solutions and warehouse equipment. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, conduct client meetings and site visits, prepare quotations and proposals, coordinate with project and operations teams, and close sales to achieve targets.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand customers' requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Coordinate with the project and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–3 years of B2B sales experience are an added advantage.
• Experience in retail solutions, construction, interior fit-out, POSM, signage, or project sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Willing to travel to meet clients and attend site visits.
