As our Graphic Designer, you will build visual systems, templates, and presentation materials that scale across projects and marketing channels.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Creative Production

• Design templates, presentation decks, client proposals, signage, and project visuals that scale across projects and marketing channels.
• Prepare print-ready files and optimise digital assets for consistent output across print and web.

Brand & Asset Management

• Maintain and update brand guidelines, templates, and an organised asset library to ensure consistent use by project teams and contractors.
• Apply simple version control and clear file naming so assets are easy to find and reuse.

Social & Site Content

• Create social media layouts and short on-site videos, and manage posting schedules to keep our channels current.
• Capture and edit site photos or video during visits for timely social posts and client updates.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates and portfolio-based applicants; no prior professional experience required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with basic PowerPoint skills for client presentations.
• Practical knowledge of print production, file preparation, typography, and simple photo retouching for project use.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who can accept feedback and coordinate with project managers and clients.
• Organised and detail oriented, able to manage multiple small design tasks to deadlines.
