As our Videographer you will build a visual library from site shoots to finished project films, helping the team show progress, quality, and client stories.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Production & Shoots

• Plan and run on-site video shoots to capture construction progress, materials, and craftsmanship while following site safety rules.
• Set up lighting and sound for interviews, walkthroughs, and time-lapses to ensure clear, usable footage.

Post-Production & Delivery

• Edit raw footage into short social clips and longer project films with consistent brand tone and clear storytelling.
• Perform color grading, audio cleanup, and basic motion graphics to produce client-ready assets.

Coordination & Asset Management

• Work with project managers and clients to schedule shoots, secure approvals, and meet delivery timelines.
• Organise and back up footage, maintain equipment, and keep records of project assets.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certificate in film, media, multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Open to fresh graduates or entry-level candidates, with a portfolio or sample clips to show on application.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Practical camera operation skills with DSLRs or mirrorless cameras and basic lighting setups.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with Adobe After Effects.
• Basics of color grading, audio editing, and exporting for web and social formats; drone operation is an advantage.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who can coordinate with site teams and clients and explain creative choices simply.
• Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple shoots and edit deadlines in a practical work environment.
