JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead Conversion: Manage and convert qualified inbound leads into signed contracts, specifically for our Xiaohongshu marketing and influencer services.
• Proposal & Presentation: Develop compelling proposals and deliver high-impact presentations to business owners, highlighting the unique value proposition of XHS marketing.
• Client Relationship: Serve as the initial point of contact, building immediate rapport and trust with potential clients.
• Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with social media and digital marketing trends, specifically platform updates and successful case studies on 小红书.

Job Requirements

 REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Currently pursuing a Degree or possess a Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Interns minimum 3 months commitment).
• XHS Passion: Passionate about social media and digital marketing, with a deep interest in 小红书. Familiarity with the platform, being a user, and prior posting experience is a significant plus.
• Language: Mandarin required (verbal & written) to effectively communicate with our client base and for XHS-related content.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills—confident in speaking with clients.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel locally (and occasionally outstation) to meet clients and generate sales.
