Job Description

As a Finance Intern, you will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. You will work collaboratively with various departments to analyze financial data, make recommendations, and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and updating spreadsheets of monthly cashflow forecast. 
• Assist to prepare daily finance duties, such as prepare payment and update received payment, etc.
• Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and posted into system. 
• Managing accounts receivable and payable. 
• Reviewing and processing reimbursements. 
• Reconcile bank statements. 
• Process and record monthly invoices. 
• Payments follow up with clients.
• Complete any ad hoc task as per instructed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
