Your Role

You will be at the core of content, campaigns, and community — collaborating closely with the founder and marketing team to enhance our brand visibility across various platforms.

Your Main Duties:

• Plan, film, and edit impactful Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
• Develop innovative, engaging, educational, and captivating content/videos to build a robust brand presence and narrative
• Create engaging captions, hooks, and graphics for social media and email marketing campaigns
• Support in executing launch campaigns for Real Fitness promotions, events, and new programs
• Draft basic ad copy and produce content for landing pages
• Respond to leads and schedule consultations for the Sales team
• Keep an eye on social trends, assess post performance, and propose creative ideas
• Collaborate with digital marketers, influencers/KOLs, content creators, and ambassadors, as necessary
• Occasionally appear on camera (optional, but a plus!)

Job Requirements

What We’re Seeking

You don't require a decade of experience — just a strong sense of creativity, passion, and drive.

• You enjoy creating content — from storytelling to visuals that go viral
• You’re well-versed in TikTok trends, Instagram Reels, XHS, and attention-grabbing hooks
• Have experience with filming using iPhones/cameras
• You can produce engaging, relatable, and confident copy (no corporate jargon)
• You possess basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or Premiere/Final Cut
• You are familiar with fitness, wellness, or empowerment culture
• You’re dependable, self-motivated, and can accept constructive feedback with ease

Bonus: You've developed your own IG/TikTok account or assisted another brand in growing theirs.
