Your Role

The Operations Senior Executive plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and effective day-to-day operations of Real Fitness. You’ll work closely with management, frontline staff, and external vendors to maintain high standards in service delivery, member experience, facility operations, and compliance.

Your Main Duties:

• Lead & Manage Trainers – Assist in guiding and motivating a team of fitness trainers across branches to achieve client transformation results and hit performance targets.
• Oversee Branch Operations – Ensure daily activities (client onboarding, scheduling, service delivery) run smoothly and consistently across all branches.
• Drive Business Performance – Monitor key business metrics (revenue, retention, client satisfaction) and work together with your team to take action to hit company goals.
• Develop Systems & SOPs – Standardise processes, training manuals, and operational workflows to ensure scalability and quality.
• Support Sales & Marketing Alignment – Work with the sales/marketing teams to ensure seamless client acquisition-to-service flow.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Act as the go-to person for operational issues, resolve client or internal escalations professionally and promptly
• Team Development – Identify, groom, and develop high-potential team members into future leader

• Have experience with operations, business/people management, or related roles.
• Skills – Strong people skill, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Mindset - Positive & Optimistic mindset, able to see the good in challenges & team
• Communication – Excellent people skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Go getter – Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• You are familiar with fitness, wellness, or empowerment culture
• Tech-savvy – Comfortable with CRM, Excel, and workflow systems; experience in automating processes is a plus.
• Industry Advantage – Experience in fitness, wellness, retail, or service-based industries is a strong bonus.
