Job Description
As our IT Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting live client systems, internal tools, and web projects. You’ll work alongside our tech lead on real-world tasks, such as:
- Assisting in website updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting (WordPress/Elementor)
- Supporting server management on AWS EC2 / Virtualmin (Linux-based)
- Helping with domain, DNS, and email configurations
- Testing and refining internal systems (e.g. PHP-coded e-Warranty, interactive Looker dashboards)
- Automating workflows with Google Apps Script / Zapier
- Assisting in basic SQL queries, backups, and PHP/MySQL debugging
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, PHP, or MySQL
- Comfortable with WordPress web design or willing to learn fast
- A problem-solver who isn’t afraid to Google, test, and ask questions
- Bonus: Experience with diverse AI/Tech-tools (ChatGPT, automation bots, etc.) or Google Apps Script
