Red Ant Technology Sdn Bhd (www.redant.my) is a bespoke software development company delivering customized web and mobile solutions for enterprises in Malaysia and Singapore, with deployments extending across the Asia-Pacific region. Alongside client projects, we also build and commercialize our own proprietary products, including Leaf CRM (www.leaf.my) and ClaimNow (www.claim.my).

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth across two core areas:

• Custom Software Development Services
• Leaf CRM (SaaS solution)

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence in both B2B and SaaS markets.
• Work closely with management, product managers, and sales teams to position our solutions effectively.
• Manage and optimise campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Support client acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or digital agency environments.
• Good command of English is required.
• Proven track record in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management. 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure results and optimize accordingly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• This role is open for Malaysia only.
