About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Executive (CRM focus) to help us grow our online presence and connect with more customers in meaningful ways.

You’ll play a key role in running campaigns, managing data, and making sure our marketing efforts drive real results — from website traffic and leads, to brand awareness and revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • 🚀 Plan and Execute Campaigns: Run and optimize marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
     
  • 🔍 SEO & SEM: Manage search campaigns, PPC, and display ads to keep our brand visible and discoverable.
     
  • ✍️ Content Marketing: Work on blog posts, website copy, emails, and social media to keep our messaging fresh and engaging.
     
  • 📈 Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign results and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console — then turn insights into action.
     
  • 💬 Social Media: Manage daily posting, community engagement, and social growth across platforms.
     
  • 🎨 Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and developers to produce impactful marketing materials.
     
  • 🧭 Market Insights: Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends to spot new opportunities and stay ahead.
     
  • 🌐 Website Optimization: Improve website user experience and boost conversion rates (CRO).
     
  • ✉️ Email & Automation: Manage CRM tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot — send campaigns, nurture leads, and track results.
     
  • 📊 Data & CRM Management: Collect, organize, and maintain customer data with accuracy and security. Build dashboards and reports to help the team make data-driven decisions.
     
  • ⚙️ CRM Optimization: Maintain and improve the CRM platform to ensure smooth operations and meaningful customer interactions.
     
  • Brand Consistency: Make sure every campaign reflects our brand identity and supports our business goals.

Job Requirements

We’re looking for someone who’s both creative and data-driven — someone who loves turning clicks into real results.

  • 🎓 Education: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, or anything similar.
     
  • 💼 Experience: Around 2–4 years in digital marketing or CRM management — you’ve run campaigns, tracked data, and made things happen.
     
  • ⚙️ Technical Skills:
     
    • Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns.
       
    • Knows the ins and outs of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
       
    • Comfortable using CRM or email tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho.
       
    • Bonus if you’ve dabbled in WordPress or basic HTML/CSS.
       
  • 📊 Analytical Mindset: You love diving into data, spotting trends, and turning insights into action.
     
  • ✍️ Strong Communicator: Great at writing, coordinating with teams, and getting ideas across clearly.
     
  • 🧠 Personal Traits: Organized, curious, and a natural multitasker who loves improving processes and results.
     
  • 🌟 Nice to Have:
     
    • Google Ads / Meta / HubSpot certifications.
       
    • Experience with automation or B2B marketing.
       
    • Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe).
