Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join REDSO INNOVATION SDN. BHD. as an Project Executive (Mobile Apps / Web / AI Solution). In this full-time fully remote role, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of a variety of technology projects, from mobile applications and web solutions to innovative AI-powered products. Cantonese Speaking is a must.
What you'll be doing
- Effectively plan, organize, and manage all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating project status, issues, and risks clearly and proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and subject matter experts, to coordinate project activities and ensure seamless delivery
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement appropriate contingency plans to keep projects on track
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to management
- Continuously look for ways to improve project management processes and drive efficiencies
Job Requirements
- Substantial experience (2+ years) of IT Project management.
- More experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects involving mobile apps, web solutions, and/or AI-powered systems
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to adapt your approach to the specific needs of each project
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical information into actionable insights
- Proficient in project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management
- Degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Speaking Cantonese is a must. And able to read and write in English and Mandarin. (Deals with Hong Kong and Taiwan partners and stakeholders)
