Job Description

• Perform testing of existing or new project under the management of Senior Project Manager cum QA 
• Plan, design and execute test case to identify issues or bugs
• Work closely with other team members to help analyze and troubleshoot issues discovered during testing or reported by client
• Communicating test efforts and status on current projects
• Understand how to identify and prioritize test cases based on factors like risk, impact and probability
• Keen learner and open to expanding skillset in ensuring software quality
• Enjoy coaching and mentoring junior staff in developing test cases, test coverage, test scenarios etc
• Hands on experience with all forms of testing, i.e integration testing, functional testing, negative testing, regression testing, cross browser testing, etc
  
  

Job Requirements

1. A QA with 2+ years of work experience 
2. Experience or knowledge of proper QA Methodologies
3. Usage of new tools and QA testing methodologies is a must 
4. Must be able to work with multiple clients/projects with efficient mechanics of testing management
5. Strong communication skills and experience in facilitation 
6. Familiarity with responsive, adaptive or native design and mobile development processes. 
   
   

1. At least 2 years highly analogous and hands-on experience managing a software development team in platform or enterprise technologies 
2. Experience as a Project Manager and technical expertise is a plus 
3. Required Skill(s): QA Testing, Project management, Application Delivery
