Job Description

•  Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines using Autodesk Revit software. 
• Prepare 2D drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models. 
• Coordinate BIM models with internal teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency. 
• Update BIM models based on design revisions, site information, and project requirements. 
• Ensure all models comply with project BIM standards, naming conventions, and Level of Development (LOD) requirements. 
• Assist in quantity take-offs, scheduling, and extraction of model data when required. 
• Organize and manage BIM files, families, and project documentation within the Common Data Environment (CDE).

Job Requirements

•  Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or related field. 
• Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or other BIM software. 
• Strong willingness to learn BIM workflows and industry practices. 
• Good communication and teamwork skills. 
• Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks efficiently. 
• Knowledge of Navisworks or point cloud workflows will be an added advantage.
