<li>&nbsp;Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines using Autodesk Revit software.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare 2D drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate BIM models with internal teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Update BIM models based on design revisions, site information, and project requirements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all models comply with project BIM standards, naming conventions, and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in quantity take-offs, scheduling, and extraction of model data when required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Organize and manage BIM files, families, and project documentation within the Common Data Environment (CDE).</li>
