Junior Finance & Admin Assistant!

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in finance or account.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Auto-count, Kakitangan.com) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full set of accounts, including preparation of financial statements, account ledgers, and reports.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all records, both hardcopy and softcopy.
  • Assist in handling payments and receipt transactions.
  • Review and respond to billing and payment queries.
  • Take charge of office stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Provide support to the Finance & Admin Executive in daily administrative matters.
  • Perform general administrative duties and clerical support as needed.
