Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and administrative functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment tasks, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining applicant records.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and assisting with orientation.
  • Help maintain HR and administrative databases, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, document management, and organizing office supplies.
  • Provide support in preparing reports and presentations for HR and admin-related activities.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Support the HR and Admin team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
