Job Description

Mission :

To convert inbound leads into successful projects by blending salesmanship with design consultation — creating an unforgettable client journey from first “Hello” to signed agreement.

What You’ll Do

  1. Lead Engagement
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads from our Marketing Team.
  • Qualify prospects and uncover their design aspirations.
  • Guide them through Rekabrick’s design + build process with clarity and confidence.

2. Design-Driven Selling

  • Understand client lifestyle, needs, and budget — then match with the right solution.
  • Recommend creative design packages or concepts that excite and convince.
  • Present quotations with supporting visuals and storytelling.
  • Follow up effectively to close deals.

3. Customer Journey Ownership

  • Be the friendly face (and voice) clients trust throughout the sales stage.
  • Handle pre-sale objections with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ensure seamless handover to our Project Leaders for execution.

4. Sales Performance & Growth

  • Keep track of every lead and deal via CRM.
  • Monitor your own performance, spot improvement points, and share ideas.
  • Be an active contributor in weekly sales & design huddles.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills (WhatsApp, calls, face-to-face).
  • Passion for design + customer experience (you don’t need to be a designer, but must “get” design).
  • Persuasive, confident, yet empathetic.
  • Highly organized, fast, and responsive — you love the thrill of closing.
  • Familiar with digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace, presentation apps).
  • Team player with drive to grow in a design-led company.

Pre-Requisites : 

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or online communication roles.

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
